We collect information you provide directly: email address, location data (zip code, latitude/longitude), lawn zone details, soil test results, and usage activity logs. We also collect technical data like IP addresses and browser type for security and analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide the service, generate AI-powered lawn advice, send transactional emails, and improve our product. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL). Location and lawn data are used only to provide context-aware features within the service.

4. Analytics and Tracking

We use PostHog for product analytics and Sentry for error tracking. You can opt out of analytics from your account settings. Error tracking (Sentry) cannot be opted out as it is essential for service reliability.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting support@lawncommandcenter.com. Account deletion removes all associated data within 30 days.
