Subscription Refunds
Paid plans (Pro, Pro+, Business) are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of initial purchase. After 7 days, refunds are issued on a prorated basis for unused months only.
Trial Periods
The 14-day free trial is not charged. If you cancel before the trial ends, no charge is made. If you do not cancel, you will be billed at the start of the paid period.
How to Request a Refund
Contact support@lawncommandcenter.com with your account email and reason for the refund. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days back to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
Annual plans past the 30-day mark are not eligible for prorated refunds. Add-on purchases and one-time features are final.
