1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Lawn Command Center (“Lawn Command,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials, activity under your account, and the actions of people you invite. Notify support@lawncommandcenter.com promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. The Service

Lawn Command provides tools for organizing property and lawn information, weather-informed planning, schedules, records, equipment, optional integrations, and AI-powered assistance. Features may be identified as beta, preview, experimental, or subject to plan limits. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, while honoring applicable legal obligations.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the service; interfere with its security or operation; access another user’s data without permission; upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, or harmful material; reverse engineer the service except where law permits; evade usage or plan limits; use automated access outside supported interfaces; or use the service to violate law or the rights of others.

5. Your Content and Permissions

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give us a limited permission to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service and provide requested features. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit the content and share it with invited collaborators or connected services.

6. AI and Lawn-Care Information

AI-generated and other lawn-care information is provided for general informational purposes. It may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your property, product, weather, local rules, pets, people, or environmental conditions. Review product labels, local requirements, and site-specific conditions, and consult a qualified professional when appropriate. You remain responsible for decisions and actions taken using the service.

7. Subscriptions, Billing, Cancellation, and Refunds

If you purchase a paid plan, the price, billing interval, trial terms, taxes, and included features are shown at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You authorize our payment provider to charge the applicable payment method. You may cancel through the available billing controls; cancellation ordinarily takes effect at the end of the paid billing period unless checkout terms or applicable law require otherwise.

Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide credits for partial billing periods. We may change prices prospectively after providing any notice required by law.

8. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the service or request account deletion. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access for material or repeated violations, security risk, nonpayment, legal requirements, or conduct that threatens users or the service. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain in effect.

9. Intellectual Property and Feedback

The service, software, branding, and original materials are owned by Lawn Command or its licensors and protected by applicable law. These Terms do not transfer those rights. If you provide feedback, you permit us to use it without restriction or compensation, subject to our Privacy Policy.

10. Third-Party Services

The service may rely on or link to third-party services, including weather, payments, AI, analytics, hosting, communications, and optional integrations. Their availability, content, and practices are controlled by those providers and may be subject to separate terms.

11. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, perfect accuracy, or any particular lawn, financial, environmental, or other result. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lawn Command and its providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, use, goodwill, or business interruption arising from the service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the service during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim or 100 US dollars. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

13. Changes, Applicable Law, and Disputes

We may update these Terms as the service changes. We will post the revised Terms and update the date above, and provide additional notice where required. Applicable law and available dispute procedures depend on your location and mandatory consumer protections. Before filing a formal claim, you and Lawn Command agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the matter by contacting support@lawncommandcenter.com.

14. General

If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a reorganization, financing, merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the agreement between you and Lawn Command regarding the service.
